A property of 1.2 acres having lush green terrain is where the resort is proposed within the urban fabric, with 2 units with 4 luxury rooms in each units with a lap pool and immersed bar for one unit and one pool for the other unit. 

The concept of the entire project was derived from the Balinese ideas of indoor outdoor spaces.

The court near the lobby acts as a buffer zone between both the units making Informal spaces and having a mix of contemporary and classical modern furniture.
