The units are placed making two blocks interconnected by the food court. The food court which is designed under the tree which becomes the focal point creating a visual connect amongst the spaces.

The Design of the basic unit constituting 3 hostel mates, the basic requirement of a single Unit consists of Study, resting place, and toilet.

The aim is to find ways of using inexpensive local materials and reusable. Ground floor constitutes Dining, Kitchen and offices along with an open court.

Individual cluster have been made around smaller courts. The tree considered as the focus has two blocks around it which intern consists of cluster of units.
Units are enclosed by exposed brick and fixed study unit finished with exposed concrete and the Floor is of sadarahalli granite
